 M1500 texting problems, Multiple texts

Hey there can anyone help me PLEASE! When i text with my m1500 it sends 2 texts instead of 1, There is an option but it has been greyed out so i cant select it.

Can anyone offer some help please!

yeh this is really annoying, the 2nd/duplicate text arrives about 10-20 mins later
