 Which is the lastest ROM for C600

Hello there,

I bought C600 from UK to use at another part of the world, Thailand.
i have been searching over the forum to make a conclusion whether Should i Update my Rom or not and if so, which one should i use and where can i get it?

Can you please any one help me to decide? should i use Qtek or Imate one?

my version is
ROM version: 1.0.7.0
OPERATOR version: 11.1.1.9
Radio: 4.0.13.16_01.03.00
