have you made sure that your bluetooth connectivity is set to "discoverable" and not just on??

I've got an O2 Mini S and i'm having exactly the same problem. People can see me and i can send them files via Bluetooth but i cannot recieve anything. Its so frustrating.
I've also got an Active Sync problem too. The phone connects and syncs with my calender ok and when i send a file from my pc onto either the phone or the storage card it works fine. The problem is that when i try to drag a file from my phone or storage card onto my pc it wont do it. The progress bar box popps up and claims to be doing it but the file never gets to my pc.
Any help would be appreciated.
