 Need help urgent!

I just installed an app on my Qtek 8100 spv, problem is when i startend it, my phone began restarting and sins then its just restarting, it doesn't even reaches the home screen>

Please help me!!!!

If you can't get to any point where you can uninstall the program, maybe try and hard reset it? This can be done like this:

QUOTE
1. Power off the phone and unplug it from the computer.
2. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
3. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power button. Keep hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
4. Later, screen shoould show instructions to ask user to press '0' key to reset to factory default.
5. Press '0' within the timeout period, which is only several seconds only.
6. If no instruction is shown on the screen, repeat steps 1 to 4.
Timing is sensitive

Tried it, didn't help. The worst problem is that I can't even flah it, cuz where I live they have no such thing for spv's.

Please is there no other way.
