 voice dialing?

The manuel states that from the home screen hold the volume down on the side of the phone. When I do this i only get the earpiece volume screen sad.gif i get no beep
anyone else have this problem
I have searched for a setting to allow voice dialing to no avail
is voice dialing working for others?

Hold the button below the volume. It will bring up voice tags (including dialing I believe).

On my Qtek 8500 this only works when the phone is opened.. although it does work with the bluetooth headset with the phone closed.
