 traffic counter, for internet explorer and others

i got audiovoh smt 5600 and i got a data plan and i get only 1 mb of data transfer every month and i was wondering if i could get a counter or something like that so when i got online with internet explorer it will tell me how many kb i have used. is there such thing and is it free?
