Wow are these able to buy?? I doubt you could just change the outer casing so you still had the cool look but without having to get a whole new "psp" Don't suppose they do that do they. Shame!

yes you will be able to purchase official psp covers soon, and some variations in colours will be available on special order from sony website. there is sites offering psp facia's already for £19.99 ill try to find a link if you want?

How easy are these to change as I notice you can buy spare buttons etc as well.
(still without a psp at the moment but working on it)

very easy, they provide instructions however to explain you undo the screws and use a little spanner provided to remove and change over the fascia., ive done it several times and no problems to report.
