Hi,

A subject I think many people have covered but I'm wondering if anyone has a defintive answer?

I'm just about to upgrade with Orange and I asked the girl (via phoe) about the Orange world unlimited package (£8 unlimited anytime data).

She'd never heard of it and only new of £5 off peak.

She then spoke to ustomer service whilst I was on hold. When she came back she said the unlimited package was £88!!!!!!!

I said I'd look into it a little further and finished the call. Five mins later she text me that she'd found out that the package I was looking at was an offer that finished on 1st sept?

Does anyone know any more about this? Has anyone been given this offer after that date?

Also, the M3100 orange tell me has a £49.99 cost no matter how high the useage your account has? Is this true? has anyone out there managed to get this phone without a charge??

Many thanks

£49.99 is likely to be the limit that upgrades can work to. The retentions department is a whole different ballgame and they seem to be empowered to offer better deals. Ask to be transferred to them and see what offer you get.
