I've been able to setup the T-Zone proxy settings on my Vox using the instructions @ The Dash HTC Wiki.

http://www.htcwiki.com/page/The+Dash+FAQ

Configure Messaging (follow these steps for POP or IMAP email accounts that have been manually setup)
Start Menu -> Messaging -> Highlight your email account -> Menu -> Settings -> Press Next twice
Select Network: WAP Network
Press Next three times then Finish.

I can't seem to configure it for messaging with these instructions. When you get to select network the only options are "work" and "internet".

I am only able to receive emails with all my email accounts on my Vox currently, not send. I even setup my email on my t-mobile, I had to do this when I installed WM6 Beta on my Dash . When I try to send an email, I get an error message back.

"The following errors occurred while sending and receiving messages:
the messages cannot be sent . Be certain you have network coverage and that your account information is correct and then try again."

Any ideas how I can fix this so I can send out emails? Thanks in advance.

It's not just Vox owners using T-Mobile, Dash owners who have upgraded to the final build of the WM6 T-Mobile upgrade are also experiencing this problem as well at the xda forums:
