 How do I edit the action of left upper button (assigned to File Manager)?

I want to create an app that would be an ''intelligent menu'' coming when you click the left upper button (above earpiece volume keys), but it is assigned to IA_FILE_MANAGER and I can't do anything withit ;/

How can I edit it?
