Have you downloaded all three files Z01 / Z02 and Z03? If when you try to extract the last file it gives you an error with Z02 then delete Z02 and download that part again. I have migrated the manuals to my own domain and a faster server capable of handling files without splitting them. Nobody should have any problems downloading the manuals now, as they are all in non-compressed PDF format.

Nothing specific. Might be worth a look here but it's not for the Touch. Generally I recommend getting a digitizer LCD combo as it's a tricky operation.
