I hard reset my phone, I'm going to give it to someone who mostly wants it as a DAB radio. However the TV application has now dissappeared. Anyone know why or how to get it back?

I've tried both using the clear storage option in accessories and using the key combination with the same result. The device goes through a customisation process on first boot and installs the Virgin homescreen but the TV application is nowhere to be found.

Hope someone can help because without the DAB radio the phone is basically useless.

Can't help you here but if you ring up Virgin (provided that they supplied it) and tell them that it's faulty they will give you a replacement phone. probably not a Lobby but better than nowt.

Have you checked the cd that came with the phone? My cd is in storage so I can't check myself but it's worth checking.

The CD is a good idea but I can't put my hands on it. If anyone has the CD and would like to check for me that would be very much appreciated.

nobspangle,

You are not alone with this, but unfortunately I couldn't solve it (see link below), so your best bet is to contact virgin mobile.
