>Hello. I need to make apps for my S710, what language do i need to know? i know VB can i use it? or do i have to learn another language.< Looking for a Basic solution you will need at least Visual Studio Standard (the VS Express won't work for mobile devices) to develop for WM6. If you are looking for a fast and reliable Programming Language for the PocketPC I strongly recommend Arianesoft's Pocket Programming Language PPL It develops for both Windows Mobile and Desktop Windows, uses a Visual Form Builder and as a language I would describe it as a mixture between Basic and C. Easy enough to get started off with if you got programming experience already. Give it a try! This post has been edited by zehlein: Oct 28 2007, 15:15 -------------------- |

Maybe you should try Basic4PPC which is a quite easy to learn and ti use thanks to the simple programming platform that comes for the desktop and the PPC. You can download a free trial version from: http://www.basic4ppc.com/
The paid version is also quite reasonable. Murat -------------------- SFR v1605 (= QTEK TyTN)
