 WiFi canot turn on after hard reset

hi all!

WiFi cannot turn on after I did hard reset in order to make my O2 XDA EXEC to corporate mode.

I thought there is some thing wrong with corporate mode, and did another hard reset to get back to original personal mode, and also tried basic mode, but WiFi will not turn on now.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
