Rohan
I have been using a Sandisk microSDHC 4GB, for several weeks now with no problem and I have seen posts where people are using as much as 8gb.

I'm currently using a 6GB Micro SDHC without any issues whatsoever, and the HTC S710 can take up to 8GB cards (if you can get your hands on one!)

I've got a Kingston 4GB class 4.
sandisk cards are slower at class 2 except for the 8GB version.
