Here's how the 'Submit News' area works - it's real easy - note that YOU CAN EVEN POST NEWS WITHOUT BEING LOGGED IN, for those hot anonymous tips
 - You decide you want to submit news, and come in here - You post a new topic detailing the news. Either a link, some text or anything you like!
