Does anyone know if Orange is replacing damaged M3100 phones with the new TyTn II on Orange Care?

Thanks!

Maybe if M3100 is out of stock or is no longer being supplied.

But who knows - you could get lucky!

Orange will only DMR (Different Model Replacement) a device if it is out of stock at the time or it has been discontinued, however we try to stock at least 3 months worth of handsets even when a manufacturer has pulled the plug on production....
