I have just installed Cameraware and entered the correct registration codes. However, when I try to check for updates, I get a dialog box telling me that the program is "Unable to check for updates. Please try later"

My system is a Mio P350 running Windows Mobile Version 5.1.195, connected by USB to a desktop running Vista Ultimate. There is no problem with my internet connection and Active sync is running on the Pocket PC. I get the same message even if I turn off the firewall

Any ideas????

Note that the serial number is case sensitive...

When you run Pocket IE on the device, can you browse OK?

Interesting. No, I cannot connect. I seem to remember it working with XP Pro. I think I wil have to dig a little deeper

Problem solved. Install latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center and deactivate the LSP. Simple really, but took quite a time to identify the issues.
