I would like to be able to retrieve all of the data contained for each contact on the phone and then be able to write the data back to
the phone.

I've been using Microsoft Outlook 2007 to sync. the phone but the custom ring tones and speed dial information are not stored in Outlook. I don't know why Microsoft has decided to omit storage of this info. but then I never could figure those folks out mad.gif

My programming skills are rusty at best but if someone knows of the location of this data, I may be able to figure out how to retrieve it.
