I recently started getting SMS Spam on my shiny new BlackJack II. Anybody know of a filter or other way of stopping it from using my messages? sleep.gif

Incoming SMSs come out of your allowance? :| That sucks.
All is not lost tho! Check out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=307178
Hopefully it should do what you want.

This may be able to block the messages from coming up on your phone, but they'll still be sent over the network, and as far as your service provider is concerned, it'll still be a received message. If your concern is the fact that it subtracts from your plan or costs per message, there is really no other solution but to call your service provider to see if they can possibly block them on their end. If not, you'll have to change your number. Blocking it only on your phone will not avoid costs, unfortunately.
