 tGetFile.dll (need clear steps to install to Tmobile Shadow), i cant seem to figure it out...help please!!!

I dl'ed the program already but I cant seem to make the PocketNester to work and when i click "Open ROM" itll give me an error saying "Can not find tgetfile.dll"

Please give me the clearest instructions possible. I am a noob and I just got my Shadow phone.
