Same problem here,
impossible to hear all sound because they are too low.

NB: at new user, if you lock your BJ, all the calls go to your voicemail and your phone will never ring.

Try one of these (sorry I can't check which it is right now)

Start - settings - sounds - ring tone. There might be a ring tone volume there.

If not, start - settings - profiles. Highlight the one you want to raise the volume on, then press menu - edit. In there, there should be a ring tone volume, as well as other volumes.

About locking the BJ, that should not happen. Do you mean keypad lock, or device lock? I lock my keypad all the time, and it rings on me without a problem. How are you locking it?

First time poster... is there really no way to adjust your ringer volume on the fly besides changing profiles? This just seems like a ridiculous lack of functionality to me. On my crappy old flip phone I could adjust the ringer/system volume and toggle the vibration just using the volume rocker on the outside of the phone. Much more useful than a "headset volume" adjustment.

Is there really no better way?

Best thing to do is install the SRS WOW .cab located in the lost souls thread of tips (I think, it's definitely on this forum).......

That application lets you go stupid loud if you get my drift. I suffered this when i got my BJII in December last year. The SRS WOW application lets you up the volume (or the equaliser setting anyway).
