 Bell HTC Touch(vouge) Time and Sound issue, Time hangs occasionally and static in sound

Hi
Im experiencing issues with the Bell Canada Htc Touch, any help?
1) Once the screen is turned back on the clock hangs and then sets tothe correct time.

2) When talking inthe background there is a faint 'Shh' sound.

All help will be appreciated
