 movies, how to put movies on my shadow

ok i have a 2gb sd card and i have DVD Fab. now can someone please tell me what i need to do to get movies on my shadow? i have already tried on my own by hooking my shadow to the computer (vista) via USB and i selected the smartphone conversion in DVD Fab. But that didnt work. PLEASE HELP

Do you have Microsoft ActiveSync installed? You'll need this to connect your phone to your computer properly (so that other software will see it).

You can get ActiveSync from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/activesync/.

By the way, if you tried connecting your device to your computer before installing ActiveSync, and ActiveSync doesn't recognise your device, you'll probably have to uninstall the USB drivers for your smartphone and then try connecting to ActiveSync again.

If you have that problem, and you don't know how to properly (and safely) uninstall the smartphone's USB drivers, then post back here and I'll try to help you with that.

ok ive done all that and its telling me that the movies/videos have to be converted to the right file. i tried to convert to 3g but its still working.

I just use divx and covert it to mobile then use the divx player on my phone smile.gif

so covert dvd to avi then covert avi with divx codec to mobile
