Can i install Garmin City Navigator North America NT 2008 on my i617 instead of garmin xt

Garmin Mobile XT is the only Garmin application that you can use on your Blackjack II.
Once you have Garmin Mobile XT installed on your phone, you can connect it to your computer and use Garmin City Navigator NA NT 2008 to manage the map data that is available on your phone. It will show you a map of the states available, and you simply click on the areas/states you want installed. I wound up putting only the eastern states on my phone from FL to Maine. Just remember you must have valid activation codes on both your phone and computer. |

Actually when i installed Garmin XT, i used the 2008 maps for all of the US and Canada and it was 1.8gb

When I install Garmin's North America 2008 maps this is what it shows if I select all of North America. Total 998.5MB.
