Spacebar broken! How to remap keys? |

Hey everyone,
Any help is greatly appreciated. I just bought a samsung blackjack II off the internet and the spacebar doesn't work. Is there anyway I can remap the spacebar key to one of the useless AT&T ones? I found a program called AE Keymapper on cnet. The problem is when I copy it to my micro sd card, and try to open the file from my phone, the file is 'grayed' out and I can't open it. I don't have the cable right now, so is there a way to install the program from the micro sd card without Activesync? Also I found this website: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb431750.aspx which shows the key map for a windows mobile device. Is there a way I can edit the registry settings to change the spacebar button using this? Thanks for your help! |

When you say "I just bought a samsung blackjack II off the internet", do you mean as brand new or via ebay?
If new, i.e. from shop - take it back and ask for a exchange. It's within your rights. Same with ebay - if the product description doesn't say that it's broken, you can ask for a refund, send it back and find another one. -------------------- - Tony Sutton
