 How to run a program in BJII, Starting a software package in the BJII

I am very new to the smartphone. I have found the GPS activator package for the phone. I cannot get it to run under windows. If I download the phone version of the package and copy this to my phone memory card, how do I start the activator software? Sorry, but this is not at all clear to me. Thanks!

- copy the .cab file to your storage card.
- on the phone...navigate to the cab file using file explorer
- the program will install and place an icon in the start menu
- run the program smile.gif
