 Possible Newbie Question, Programs listed twice?

On my MDA Compact IV if i go to the Programs tab, and press "All Programs". I see certain programs listed twice -namely;

Calendar, Contacts, Excel, Help, IE, Messaging, Phone, Powerpoint, Word.

Is this normal for these to be listed twice, and if not how can i remove the duplicates?
