 Where's the window's mdia program situated??

does anyone know what file on the SPV the windows media player is in.
only i have been encoding video in window encoder 9 and with the new version 9 of the video codec and it plays with out picture and i thought if i could get the new codec V9 then i could put it in the same file (or even the file with codecs in-can't find that on the phone either>>)
any idea's???
i want to use the newer codec ather than the V* that is shipped because of better compression and quilaty..
