anyone here using their tanager to retrieve mail from an ISP? i can't send mails from mine. i already used all of Smart's mail servers below...

exmail.smart.com.ph
owa.smart.com.ph
mms.smart.com.ph
wapmail.smart.com.ph
iosms.smart.com.ph
messenger.smart.com.ph
martmail.smart.com.ph
mail.smart.com.ph

you also can't use your ISPs mailserver coz it won't allow you to relay mail from Smart GPRS connection.

hotpop works...but if i remember right when i was configuring stuff.....you need to have the "server requires authentication" checked...that should do the trick....good luck...post your results...hope it's positive.... tongue.gif tongue.gif biggrin.gif

that's under
options-->sending

good luck....(again)
