From the author of Oxios To Do list comes another great application!

"Oxios Hibernate attempts to release as much memory as possible without damaging the internal state of the Smartphone."

Have you ever wondered why memory usage isn't freed up even if you've closed all the applications running on your phone? Well this tiny app will do the trick in restoring the physical memory! Best of all it's free!

I've tried this and it works!

It's advisable to add this to speed dial biggrin.gif

Download it here. smile.gif

It's different. Spacemaker Lite frees up storage space while Oxios Hibernate restores physical memory. Parang Disk Storage vs. RAM kung ikukumpara mo with desktop PC.

Twice already I've experienced soft resets. Never did I had that problem in the five months I'm using my SAP. I don't know if this is just coincidence but it happened when I started using Oxios Hibernate. Attention to the author. Maybe a bug :?

D ko lang sure totie, pero kutob ko ito nga yung salarin. Nagpost na ako sa main forum regarding this. Siguro the best way to find out is to wait for the others who are using this app. Im sure it's still in it's beta stage and there might be bug fixes along the way. smile.gif

So how does it differ from Quickclose which also frees up memory space used by Apps?

It's different. Quickclose terminates programs in the background but it doesn't totally frees up the memory used up by these program. As the author claims, oxios hibernate can do that.
