OK... I'm screwed ain't I? I rush to get the new XPhone here in Malaysia... and everything's great... MIDI sounds better than my Tanager, Wave ring tones loading quickly..
BUT MSN MESSENGER IS NOT WORKING!!! I'm getting a Service Is Temporairy Unavailable Message!!! I remember reading somewhere that means the thing isn't the new protocol correct? CRAP CRAP CRAP!! |

I used to get a protocol error...
So maybe it really is 'Temporarily Unavailable'? P -------------------- Paul O'Brien - Microsoft MVP, Mobile Devices, MoDaCo.network Founder. Check out my Blog! £10 off a £20 spend at eXpansys - click for details |

BUT MSN MESSENGER IS NOT WORKING!!! I'm getting a Service Is Temporairy Unavailable Message!!! I remember reading somewhere that means the thing isn't the new protocol correct? CRAP CRAP CRAP!! Pleased its all sorted for you mate. Monitor your phone for a few days, then tell us all about the battery life can you though? I love my E200. But bizarrely, its nothing more than a gimmicky toy. (though I love it nonetheless). Because, just like my first ever Nokia 7650 (that was faulted however), I get barely over a day with the battery life, with bluetooth OFF, and only light use. And aside from a million other really cool, really useful features, if I can't use it as a practical basic phone, its a ferrari with a segway scooter motor/engine in it. I am desperately hoping an update helps somehow. Otherwise my fancy E200 will NEVER be anything more than a gimmick. So please mate, share your experiences of the O2 Xphone with us, so that if it does some things GOOD that the E200 is rubbish for, then it means there MAY be some hope for us. -------------------- Phonography: GA628 >(Nokias)3110 >5110 >3210 >6210 >7110 >8210(x2) >8310(x2) >6310i >7210(x3) >7650 >5100(x2) >7250(x2) >6100 >7250i >Blackberry 6230 >Orange E200 SPV >Nokia N-Gage(x2) >Blackberry 7230 >O2 XDA2 (on Orange) >Nokia 6230(x3) >C500 SPV (on O2) >6230i >S.E.
