Found them in a Chinese forum:

http://www.kingmobile.net/bbs/thread-14631-1-1.html

(need registration and special score which i don't have enough to download)

Edit: never mind, i've got it.

I908EZMHH2(for i908E only, which is the China Mainland version)

i908ZHHH2(Hong Kong English)<--- (click to download it)

haven't tested them myself.

Will find time to try it tonight. wink.gif

Update1: flashed it, feel good!

1. CE OS 5.2.20271(build 20271.1.3.2)
2. i908ZHHH2 PDA/i908ZHHH2 PHONE
3. Storage: Total 120.77MB Free 91.13MB Program: Total 97.37MB Free 62.47MB tongue.gif (if you just get 96MB Storage, just flash the rom twice to get this result)
4. Cleartype disabled by default(and i love this change so much!)
5. Samsung Today1 & Samsung Today2 GONE! Only Samsung Widget and Samsung Today left. The Samsung Today seems to be the former Samsung Today2.
6.4-way finger mouse navigation now works better!(don't know how to describe that feeling, sorry)
7. You can't choose rotation animation anymore because there is only one left sad.gif
8. Operator settings-->blank blink.gif
9. Streaming Player now WORKS! laugh.gif
10. Finger-Scrolling function in Programs, Settings and File Explorer(maybe more) is MiSSING now. blink.gif (why Samsung did this? Could anyone tell me how to re-enable it?thx)
11. Overall speed has been improved a lot!
12. No Thread SMS by default.

Update2:

This rom seems to be a strange one. It is the FASTEST rom i've ever found so far, just the FASTEST! Much faster than any other roms.
But at the same time, Finger-Scrolling function is MISSING in many programs, like Programs, Settings, File Explorer, and even SMS, Email and more!

What the hell Samsung is thinking? Why make such a rom? I love its speed, but hate its lack of functions. Damn!

I don't really like the HK English ROMs, they have no XT9 and use a non-standard font.

Good spot tho smile.gif

Yes, i can read/write Chinese quite well because i'm indeed a Chinese ;) just look at my crappy english blink.gif

From what i've read on that forum, testers haven't reported this. So i can't 100% sure there is such a new option.

Will download and try it myself tonight and let you know the result.

Downloading the HK English ROM now and waiting for Paul to get and post the full H1 laugh.gif . It will be interesting to see what is what and which is better. But to echo Paul an official WWE ROM would be great about now.

Very good rom!
If you want Samsung keyboards with xt9 just download tegicfromg4.zip, copy all the files from the subfolder wndows to \Windows, import the reg file and then switchoff/switchon the omnia

for french people who only want french azerty keyboards do the same with the other zip...

Attached File  tegicFromG4.zip ( 777.58K ) Number of downloads: 32
Attached File  Tegic_Azerty_French.zip ( 565.72K ) Number of downloads: 24

So if it is specific cor i908E, does that mean that those of us who have the HH1 ROM from Singapore, will NOT be able to upgrade to this version which seems to leave MUCH more room in the memory?

Nope, you CAN flash it, because only the I908EZMHH2 rom is specific for i908E(that's why i don't give a download link above), the i908ZHHH2 is for both i900 and i908(the south east asian version).

Wooo, just saw this, god bless samsung !
I'll keep that one near me, as I hate samsung finger-scrolling, if you want a GOOD finger-scrolling, use FTouchFLO (freeware) or FTouchSL !

Gseeker2,

When u mentioned flash the ROM twice to get higher storage...did u mean I run the updater twice and not the Hard Reset from Settings?
Also, do you also wipe out the 16GB My Storage too?

I want to give this ROM as try soon

Is there anything else interesting or new improvements with this rom, except the high speed? What differences with DXHH1? Thanks.
