 error or bug with SD card (SPV classic)

i have spv classic and SD card Kingston 128mb.
Every 2 - 3 hours there is one error 'cannot start ????? application' or 'Not Windows CD application' on every program installed on SD.

When i push SD card and back again in slot everything is fine.

Does SPV not supports 128mb cards.

please help me

The size of the card is not a problem. Some makes were reported as incompatible with the SPV but I don't think Kingston was one of them.
There was also an issue with the phone 'forgetting' the card - which I think was a actually a battery-saving 'feature' - but it is more likely that your problem is caused by dust or dirt on the contacts.
Try carefully cleaning them and see if you get an improvement.
