My mobile bottons dose not works properly and if i restart my mobile i am getting a screen with red blue green and white colors and nothing works if i remove the battery it may work properly some times not please help me it is 2 months old and i have problem from paste two days

you could hard reset the phone? (restore factory settings). you will lose all your SMS and contacts etc so back them up first!

To hard reset, hold camera button and voicedial button (the one below camera). Poke the stylus into the bottom hole and keep hold of the buttons. When text appears release buttons and press green "dial" button.

i made a hard reset by going to settings systems and then clicking clear storage the phone got reseted and it worked fine for one day and the same problem appered in the next morning

I have the same problem.
the call and cancel buttons do not work and after multiple soft and hard resets, even the SD card is not recognized.
