Has anybody else had problems getting the case off the back of the phone? I know it sounds stupid, I got it off fine when the battery wasnt in, but now the battery and sim are in i can't seem to get it off...

I did with my first C550. With the replacement it was a lot easier.
This is one other area I think the desing fails compared to the C500.

Yeah, im finding the case a nightmare to get off ! When I tried opening the back of it without a battery in (luckily it was a broken phone anyway) - it split !
