Copying Contacts from Phone to Card |

I am hoping someone out there can answer me this --
Is there a way to copy my contacts from my 2125 to my storage card so I can transfer them to a new phone? My current 2125 hasn't been able to sync for a couple of months now and I have racked up quite a bit of new contact information. I am getting a new phone with the same size storage card, so I want to transfer my contacts to the card, etc, etc. Any advice?? If you sync it with outlook you really don't need to transfer the contacts any other way. If you don't then you'll probably have to transfer them to the sim card and then once in the new phone transfer them from the sim to its internal memory.
