 Listen to music with bluetooth FM transmitter?

I got a FM bluetooth transmitter for my car and it only comes thru the speakers on a phone call or when i get a call... is there anyway i can play music thru this? and will it sound decent?

Ive tried that and im using a blackjackII but for some reason it wont work... its connected and bluetooth and but the app just closes
