Finally I can get my hotmail email messages pushed to my BJ2 after
installing the new Windowls Live for Mobile released by
Microsoft yesterday.

This allows all the sycing options (for email and contacts).
No more Xpress Mail, thank goodness.

Arrrrrrgggggghhhhh. Nothing is ever easy with Windows Mobile.....this version DOES NOT include the Messenger client. I guess I'll look for that about the same time that the WinMo 6.1 upgrade, Opera Mobile 9.5, Skyfire, etc. are available huh.gif

The Live Mail & Contact integration does rock though... smile.gif

I simply went to wl.windowsmobile.com on my phone broswer and
got the .cab.

Like I said, its not there anymore. the site says, no downloads till 04.21.08. Can you post the .cab?

There is a version of windows live messenger for the blackjack ii out there that works.. try the XDA developers forum.. I've also got it from there, and it works really nice! there are several posts, can't remember which one worked, but just try them..

I think that is the .cab for Live Search, not Windows Live. I use that in conjuction with Windows Live, which, at least as of my last check, is online for download again. The address is

wl.windowsmobile.com

The main benefit in Windows Live is for Hotmail users - I love that it will let me push my emails and sync up my Hotmail contacts with those that are on my phone. Anyway, if for reason Microsoft decides to take down the .cab again, I have a copy, so can attach if necessary.
