Im not sure what is causing this exactly, but my phones has froze on me the past 3 friday nights around the same time. The only way for me to fix it seems to be to take the battery out. Does anyone have any clue whats going on?

No dude, im not sure what's wrong with it but you may want to try to do a master reset because it sounds like it's a system malfunction, DOING THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA AND RESET THE PHONE TO MANUFACTURE, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO BACK YOUR FILES. turn your phone off, press and hold the 2 buttons that are located above the home and back keys (the 2 dashes) for about 5 sec. and press the talk key without letting go of the dash buttons. the phone should have a black screen and should ask you if you really want to reset it, and that resetting the phone will erase all of your data stored on it and it will set everything back to manufacture setting. Click ok and it should take around 5-10 minutes to fully reset. and there you go, hope this works.
