 How to unlock GPS on my FIDO Q9H

I have tried the method, http://www.modaco.com/content/smartphone-s...vated-updated/; however, it doesn't work on my phone.
Is there any other way that I can unlock my GPS function?

Mine worked right out of the box. If you installed Garmin XT you should let it scan and it should say Scanning Attached and GPS Intermediate Driver.
