 GPS not connecting/timeout..., BlackJack GPS Issue(s)

Alright, about a week ago I got a brand new BlackJack 2. After searching on the internet came across Paul' GPS_Activator, installed it and it worked great with GoogleMaps and Windows Live, for about a day... Then nothing, tried resetting, hard reset, reinstall... everything I could think of. Finally d/l the GPSTest link, GPSTest never connects to any satalliets (and yes, it was outside, clear sky, for 20+min).. After seeing some people had "defective" units I traded it in for another new unit... Unlike some who say it works "out of the box" with GoogleMaps or Windows Live, I got nothing so the FIRST thing I installed was the GPSTest link... it ran for 30 min and never found any satalites... d/l the GPS_Activator, samething, tried the GPSID plugin... samething regardless of the connection settings...

The device is fully application unlocked (beyond the basic unlock of Paul's GPS_Activator)...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, though I was looking forward to this BlackJack (wanted one since the first one came out, just didn't "need" it wink.gif ) I am now to the point of abanoning it completely...
