For those of you who have it (or those who've read the specs mroe closely than me) any idea on whether this thing has A2DP support? I suppose probably not since it doesn't have BT2.0, but I would love confirmation.

No there is no A2DP support. But it is sayd there will be an upgrade.

From the FAQ:

Q: Does the i-mate™ SP5 work only Stereo Bluetooth Headsets?
The current software build of the SP5 does not support the A2DP profile required for Stereo Bluetooth playback. You can use the headset in mono mode, however, as a standard handsfree kit for telephony usage.


Looks like it's a software limitation at the moment.
