 Change splash screen on TORNADO

If you wanna change the splash screen on your Tornado device just unzip the attached zip file, read the instructions and have fun.

Tested on my SPV C600

er- your instructions seem to indicate these are some command line programs? where do you run them from? could you be more specific?
