 Get rid of HTC backgrounds and restore the MS ones?

I would like to get rid of the HTC backgrounds that popup here in there as a background and replace them with the original MS ones if possible:

1. Comm Manager

2. When u press the "dial" button, the top "HTC logo" (also shown when entering pincode for your phone when booting)

Hmm actually i'm not sure. If you extract the contents of the cab in winrar though you should be able to see the exact registry keys that you need to modify.
