I have a BJ2, AT&T branded but unlocked and using it with Rogers.

I've tried to install a numerous amount of applications but always get a similar page that pops up.

I've changed my GPRS and MMS setting already to Rogers, and i've done the SDA application Unlock.

i've tried to install the GPS app(even from my desktop with my phone plugged into the PC, opera mini, the registry app, always get the same message,

just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and what they did to resolve it
