Sometimes I have a problem with my E200 which is that the tones revert to the default settings. Often this happens when either the battery is low, or when switching profiles, from Silent to Normal for example.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this or how to prevent it happening?

Many thanks in advance.

I've had that problem with my old SPV1. but I associated that with a glitch in a third party app. if you have a lot of third party apps, you may want to try and test each one (remove all then install one at a time, checking if your problem persists). I know that sounds time consuming but that's one way to isolate and eliminate the probable cause. best of luck.

Also low battery / phone memory can cause problems like this
