 Settings error, Cant enter Power Management

Cant enter Power Management (Start>Settings>More>Power Management) It says:
Error
The settings could not be opened.
How can I fix this problem?

A Hard Reset will fix the problem.
Accessing errors are generally caused by problems with the registry.
There is a similar problem with accessing the Date and Time but that is fixable without a Hard Reset

try a soft reset before you hard reset. turn off the phone, take out the battery for >30 sec. and then restart.
