My battery will not charge past this point. I can't return this phone because I got it off of Ebay!

Other note....I am glad that we have the BJII instead of the new one coming....I hate how on the new one they spaced out the numbers!

On any of the Blackjack II power meters, the meters rarely ever reach the full mark. We believe that this is an issue with the software, and not necessarily the battery. For recommendation, I would charge the BJ2 completely with the phone on (until you see the green LED), then turn the phone off, unplug the charger and plug it back into the phone. The indicator LED should again be red, let it finish charging again, (green LED) and then turn the phone back on and check the battery meter. Your meter is a bit lower then the usual we've seen, but I would still try this before calling it a defect.

Hope it helps,

Mine used to show that the battery was charged exactly like that screen shot. Now, it shows that it is full after a charge. No clue how that happened!
