Hi all,
Another long weekend in Poland and another applet added. I've just finish new version with GRace applet. Now you can enjoy with your games in long autumn evenings. I have a time to make new functions. Thanks to PPJoy it works as analogue game controller with 2 axis and 12 buttons. What we have now?
- Install PPJoy - Go to "Control Panel->Paraller Port Joystick" - Click Add button and select "Virtual joysticks" for "Paraller Port", and "Controller 1" for "Controller number". - Now windows detect new hardware and should automatically find required drivers (if not try to install drivers manually from this directory C:\Program Files\Parallel Port Joystick) -Run GRemteServer and you should see info on GRace tab "PPJoy status: driver opened succesful" - Now you can calibrate you controler using standard windows functions (Control Panel->Game controllers->PPJoy Virtual joystick 1"->Properties...) Usage -Unzip attached file -Install GRemoteSetup.CAB on you device -Run GRemoteServer.exe on you PC -Create profile and connect -If you use GSen remember to add this app to GSen config - This app use UDP 5656 port so disable it in firewall on your PC (NOT in router) - If you want to use GMouse, just tap and hold you screen to move mouse or use "Touch free" mode - Communication between client and server is realized with TCP/IP so you need to use any network connection
- Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 (cab) Last received donations:
And of course, every donation to my account will encourage me to put even more effort to develop GRemote. ![]() And last, but not least - I really appreciate the help of new GRemote designer - Expo7. He does a lot of good job so Donate him if you like GRemote design!!! Screenshots: ![]() ![]() ![]() Remember to upgrade booth sides, server and client!!! Changelog: v.0.5.0: - GRace applet added - fixed problem with saving profiles - other fixes... v.0.4.3: - quick fix for "GSensor not found!!!" v.0.4.2: -added blank password support -connection timeout increased -new method for mouse move. If you want to use it, go to GRemoteServer Touchpad tab and select "Emulate IBM TrackPoint". It works similar to IBM TrackPoint. Go to Touchpad applet and try it, to check how it works -many bugs fixed (tell me if I fix problem with connection timeout in v0.4.0) v.0.4.0: -profile support for different connection -authorization added -connection timeout exception -option to load default profile at start up -vibration on virtual button press -auto popup SIP keyboard in keyboard mode -touchpad support in keyboard mode -new tabs in GRemoteServer (General,Logs,Keyboard) -most bugs fixed -new bugs codded v.0.3.0: -added G-Sensor support for Samsung Omnia -now you can use any device with VGA,QVGA,WQVGA display -Touchpad support for devices without G-Sensor -TouchFlo for scrolling (same configuration for Touchpad and GMouse) -fixed problem with closing server app when Windows shutdown -removed bug with crashing app when you run GRemote first time (probably this fixes most of the problems, but I cannot say for sure, because I did not have these problems on my device) -reduced memory ussage -remove crash when you switch from GCenter->Welcome->GCenter -other fixes which I don't remember now...v.0.2.1: - fixed problem with double keys on some SIP keyboards - Numeric keys should work on Touch Pro v.0.2.0: - new applets
v.0.1.4: - added "Witouttouch" mode. If you want you can press pad button, and current position of your device is used as base. This state is indicated by "G" blue letter. - fixed problem with click & drag - added combo for hosts - added hostname displayed with IP - fix problem with tray <no title> - fix problem with crashing when touch (tell me if this works) v.0.1.3: - fix problem with top bar again. I'm almost sure it works now. - added magic button "Find". You don't need to enter IP address any more. I hope this resolve most problems connections. - added "Refresh" button in server app. v.0.1.2: - added status tab in server app. It displays IP list to use in client app and client status if connected. v.0.1.1: -fix main bug when shaking app crash -icon indicator added on server side - grey - not connected - green - connected v.0.1: -Left, Right Click -Virtual scroll wheel -Simple configuration Enjoy, Marcin Baliniak. can anyone help me please i manage to get pan connection over bluetooth and in GRemoteServer apears a new ip i put theme in gremote but GRemoteServer wont conect sorry my bad english and thanks in advanced to get it working in vista over bluetooth PAN: 1. turn on blueooth on both PC and phone 2. run WM6BTPAN on your phone (see link above in first post)... this will create a Bluetooth PAN. 3. Join your Phones Personal Area Network using PC 4. Once connected to the PAN... open up Network connections on your PC... find the bluetooth network and set a static IP address for this connection. IP: 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 seems to work fine. 5. start gremote server on PC 6. start gremote on phone and hit find... your pc should show up with its new static ip wrote that really quickly but i hope it helps!!! |

Never mind, i figured it out:
if you turn on "touchfree" function then phone is lying on the table it takes that position as "starting" point Great App! |

This app is fantastic! Well done! Was going to trade in my omnia for a n96 but this (amongst some other excellent programs) has changed my mind, this phone is so versatile.
